Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with other departments to translate organizational strategy into actionable roadmaps

Required Qualifications

• Experience managing high-performing engineering or product teams
• Significant experience as a senior engineer, engineering manager, or technical lead
• Proficient in system design, technical tradeoffs, and data pipelines
• Experience modernizing aging systems and evaluating tech debt
• Strong alignment with mission-driven work, particularly in nonprofit or civic tech environments
