Job Summary

A company is looking for a Health Coach - Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with participants through telephonic calls for program enrollment and behavior change coaching
• Coordinate care delivery with a multi-disciplinary team and track member progress
• Support operational aspects to meet customer requirements and adhere to scheduled interactions

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a health-related field or 2+ years of health coaching experience
• 1-2 years of related experience; customer service experience preferred
• Proficiency in computer data entry and Microsoft Office
• Ability to multitask and adapt to schedule changes as needed
• Hard-wired internet connection required; WIFI is not permitted
