Job Summary
A company is looking for a Health Information Management Representative - National Remote.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage inbound and outbound calls, providing excellent customer service and resolving inquiries
- Review electronic chart documentation and process release of information (ROI) requests
- Scan, edit, and manage medical records while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma / GED or equivalent work experience
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- 1+ years of experience in Customer Service within a hospital or healthcare environment
- Experience with Microsoft Office products
- Ability to work normal business hours of 3:00pm - 11:30pm CST, with potential overtime
