Job Summary

A company is looking for a Health Solutions Proposal Strategist to support proposal development for federal health opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish solution vision and align it with customer objectives, translating them into proposals
• Author solutions for federal health proposals, focusing on VA and HHS
• Lead the development of innovative solutions while balancing cost, schedule, and quality considerations

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in public health, behavioral health, or a related discipline
• Minimum of five years of experience in authoring technical sections in proposals
• At least eight years of professional experience in health-related projects and Federal Government contracting
• Demonstrated experience in health functional areas and competitive Federal proposals
• Experience with project management methodologies (e.g., PMBOK, Agile)
