A company is looking for a Health Support Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and respond to Utilization Management, Case Management, and Disease Management requests
  • Conduct outbound calls to providers and facilities as necessary
  • Maintain customer service excellence and ensure timely routing of requests to clinical staff
Required Qualifications
  • 2+ years of related experience
  • High school diploma (or equivalency) and legal authorization to work in the U.S
  • Good MS Office Suite skills
  • Knowledge of mainframe and web-based applications
  • Experience in a call center environment is preferred
