A company is looking for a Health Support Coordinator.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and respond to Utilization Management, Case Management, and Disease Management requests
- Conduct outbound calls to providers and facilities as necessary
- Maintain customer service excellence and ensure timely routing of requests to clinical staff
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of related experience
- High school diploma (or equivalency) and legal authorization to work in the U.S
- Good MS Office Suite skills
- Knowledge of mainframe and web-based applications
- Experience in a call center environment is preferred
