Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr Service Advocate - Ops - Work From Home.

Key Responsibilities
  • Engage with DSNP members via phone to introduce services and complete Health Risk Assessments
  • Document calls accurately in electronic records to ensure compliance with standards
  • Support members during enrollment calls, managing difficult situations with empathy and urgency


Required Qualifications
  • At least 2 years of experience in customer service, healthcare, or a call center
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Outlook
  • Data entry and documentation experience within member records preferred
  • High School diploma or G.E.D. required; college degree or equivalent work experience preferred
  • Bilingual preferred
