A company is looking for a Sr Service Advocate - Ops - Work From Home.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with DSNP members via phone to introduce services and complete Health Risk Assessments
- Document calls accurately in electronic records to ensure compliance with standards
- Support members during enrollment calls, managing difficult situations with empathy and urgency
Required Qualifications
- At least 2 years of experience in customer service, healthcare, or a call center
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Outlook
- Data entry and documentation experience within member records preferred
- High School diploma or G.E.D. required; college degree or equivalent work experience preferred
- Bilingual preferred
