Key Responsibilities

• Develops account plans and strategies to enhance client satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth
• Analyzes client data and market trends to identify opportunities for improvement
• Builds and maintains strong client relationships, coordinating contract renewals and internal communications

Required Qualifications

• 1+ years of professional experience in healthcare or a related field
• Experience with IT interfaces and data, such as VPN, sFTP, and HL7
• Experience with 340B services is preferred
• Bachelor's degree preferred
