Healthcare Analytics Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, IXI (Intelligent Experience and Insights).

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end insight development for targeted pharmacy services and growth initiatives
• Develop robust data models, dashboards, and analytic layers using PowerBI, Alteryx, and Databricks
• Design and automate performance scorecards for internal and client-facing stakeholders

Qualifications:

• 5-7 years of experience in healthcare analytics, preferably in pharmacy, payer, or provider services
• Demonstrated skill in BI development, workflow automation, and stakeholder engagement
• Experience with 340B program data and/or value-based care analytics is preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Analytics, Public Health, Business, or equivalent required
