Job Summary

A company is looking for an Implementation Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop technical design documents for complex integration solutions and certify new vendors/products
• Implement and document client interface projects and provide Tier 3 support for production issues
• Participate in innovation activities and support emerging technologies related to healthcare integration

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (BS/BA) or comparable experience
• 3-4 years of experience in a laboratory customer connectivity role
• Strong commitment to customer service and teamwork
• Proficient with interface support and problem resolution procedures
• Ability to learn emerging technologies and improve skill set continuously
