Key Responsibilities

- Document account activity in multiple systems, including Artiva
- Collaborate with leadership to address and resolve client concerns
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 1-year experience in EBO Call Center Customer Service or two years of comparable work experience
- Healthcare knowledge is required
- Professional telephone etiquette
- Customer service experience and/or call center experience
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
