Job Summary
A company is looking for a Healthcare Customer Service Rep.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to patients, members, and customers to schedule appointments and provide healthcare information
- Conduct outreach for preventative health screenings and assess for high-risk healthcare appointments
- Assist members and patients with benefits and insurance information and conduct surveys
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required
- Strong computer experience, including data entry and navigation
- Experience with Microsoft Outlook and Word
- Ability to adhere to daily schedules and duties
- Able to provide two monitors of at least 22 inches with HDMI and Display ports
