Key Responsibilities
  • Assist patients with questions regarding medical statements and process payments through calls
  • Make outbound courtesy calls to ensure patients receive their statements and address account inquiries
  • Maintain quality customer service while adhering to company policies and procedures
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
  • One year or more of customer service support experience over the phone in a remote setting
  • Experience in a high-volume call center environment
  • Familiarity with healthcare terminology
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
