Job Summary

A company is looking for a Healthcare Data Analyst (EPIC).

Key Responsibilities

• Lead discussions with clinical and operational teams to design analytic reports using various data sources
• Coach analytic engineers in principles and technologies to enhance team proficiency
• Analyze and visualize data to provide actionable insights and collaborate with data scientists for predictive analytics

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
• 5+ years of analytical skills with a strong focus on quality
• 5+ years of experience with SQL (PL/SQL or T-SQL) and reporting tools like Crystal Reports or Power BI
• 5+ years of experience managing multiple projects and responsibilities effectively
• Power BI and EPIC knowledge are mandatory
