Job Summary
A company is looking for a Revenue Cycle Support Specialist to provide support for clinicians and assist with clinical application needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to clinician support needs regarding scheduling and EMR application issues
- Provide advanced application support for athenaOne EHR and collaborate with IT partners on releases
- Maintain support documentation and monitor events to establish communication protocols with clinical stakeholders
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in a Healthcare IT support setting
- Proven experience using EHR/practice management tools such as AthenaOne
- 3-5 years of call center experience related to clinician support
- Experience with Jira, ServiceNow or other service desk ticketing applications
- HIPAA certified
