Key Responsibilities

- Contribute to strategic initiatives that enhance integrated care delivery and innovation
Required Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in an MBA or other advanced professional degree program with an expected graduation date in Summer 2026
- Minimum of three years of relevant professional work experience
- Demonstrated record of leadership and influence, ideally with senior management experience
- Willingness and ability to relocate to Louisville, KY or Washington, DC for the first rotation
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship
