Healthcare MDM Team Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Master Data Management (MDM) Team Lead - Healthcare Data.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of analysts while managing the Master Patient Index (MPI) system
• Ensure data integrity and compliance with data governance and security standards
• Collaborate with engineering and data teams for integration of new states and healthcare systems into the MPI

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in data management or operations, preferably in healthcare
• Experience leading teams in data quality or MPI management
• Hands-on experience with IBM MDM or similar software
• Expertise in Databricks and Azure Data Factory
• Proficient in SQL for advanced data analysis and reporting
