Healthcare Project Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Project Manager (Healthcare System Implementation).

Key Responsibilities

• Define success measures with business owners to track project value and outcomes
• Create stakeholder maps and communication plans while following PMO methodologies
• Manage project financials, quality assurance, and cross-functional integration of deliverables

Required Qualifications

• 3 - 5 years of experience as a strategic Project Manager on complex initiatives
• Experience with healthcare and benefit administration system implementation
• Strong knowledge of financial principles
• Ability to analyze technical requirements and manage risks effectively
• Experience with Microsoft Project, Teams, and Azure Dev Ops is a plus
