Job Summary
A company is looking for a HEDIS Administrator II.
Key Responsibilities
- Abstract medical records and maintain HEDIS Program documentation to meet regulatory requirements
- Facilitate annual HEDIS audits and manage communications with vendors and audit firms
- Collaborate with various departments to support quality improvement projects and HEDIS reporting activities
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or two years of experience in Health Care Administration, Health Education, Nursing, or a related field
- Two years' experience in health plan quality management and clinical performance improvement, including HEDIS reporting
- Clinical experience in a physician's office working with medical records or medical record abstraction
- Bachelor's degree in Health Administration, Health Education, Nursing, or a related field (preferred)
- Experience with measuring and reporting HEDIS or other performance data (preferred)
