A company is looking for a Help Desk Support Administrator - Temporary - Remote.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide first and second-level technical support to internal and external users on various hardware and software platforms
- Maintain records of all support requests and ensure prompt and professional responses
- Administer and configure new hire hardware and software, and provide training on technical processes
Required Qualifications
- Associates in computer science or a certificate in computer technology from an accredited institution
- 2 years of experience in a Help Desk role may substitute for the degree
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 applications and PC hardware support
- Experience with ticketing systems and providing support via various communication platforms
- Ability to conduct group training sessions on new technical processes
