Job Summary
A company is looking for a Helpdesk Analyst to join their support team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide support for end users via phone, email, and remote tools
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Windows operating systems, Microsoft 365 apps, and basic networking
- Handle user onboarding/offboarding and maintain detailed documentation of work performed
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Helpdesk Analyst, preferably in an MSP environment
- Strong expertise in Windows desktop operating systems 10/11
- Experience with Microsoft 365, Azure AD, Intune, and related cloud services
- Solid understanding of firewalls, switches, and networking fundamentals
- Experience with RMM tools, PSA systems, and IT automation
