Job Summary
A company is looking for a Housing Manager to assist with attendee management and rooming list communication for meetings and events.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage rooming lists and communicate with hotels regarding necessary corrections and attrition liabilities
- Support the Registration Managers in designing and maintaining registration websites using CVENT
- Monitor the attendee registration process and liaise with the Meeting Air Coordinator for travel arrangements
Required Qualifications
- Prior experience in housing management, registration management, or meeting planning
- Proven experience with rooming list management and web development (CVENT knowledge required)
- Ability to adapt to new technologies and manage multiple projects
- Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Pharma/Medical Device experience and CMP/HMCC certification preferred
