Job Summary
A company is looking for an HR Coordinator 1 for the Verification/I-9 Team (Limited Service/Temporary).
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the first line of support for I-9s, background investigations, and various HR inquiries
- Update tracking spreadsheets and coordinate follow-up communications with candidates and HR partners
- Participate in audits and ensure accurate reporting of employment-related data
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent with 0-2 years of relevant experience
- Proficiency with MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Ability to multi-task and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Maintain confidentiality and exercise good judgment
- Experience with Human Resources/Workday/Applicant Tracking System is a plus
