Job Summary

A company is looking for an HR Generalist I.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the HR Business Partner team with daily HR activities, including policy implementation and performance management
  • Address employee concerns, conduct investigations, and ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements
  • Maintain accurate employee records in the HRIS system and develop employee engagement initiatives


Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree and 0-2 years of related experience or equivalent work experience
  • Ability to exercise judgment within defined procedures and practices
  • Ability to build productive internal/external working relationships
