Key Responsibilities
- Assist the HR Business Partner team with daily HR activities, including policy implementation and performance management
- Address employee concerns, conduct investigations, and ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements
- Maintain accurate employee records in the HRIS system and develop employee engagement initiatives
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree and 0-2 years of related experience or equivalent work experience
- Ability to exercise judgment within defined procedures and practices
- Ability to build productive internal/external working relationships
