A company is looking for a Manager of People & Culture.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement a comprehensive HR infrastructure aligned with the organization's mission and growth strategy
- Serve as a strategic HR advisor to the CEO and leadership team, focusing on organizational planning and change management
- Oversee employee relations, onboarding, compliance, and engagement efforts across diverse healthcare settings
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required
- PHR certification required; SHRM-CP or SPHR preferred
- 3-5 years of experience as an HR business partner or generalist, with at least 2 years supporting senior leaders
- Direct experience working in healthcare or human services settings preferred
- Proficiency in Paylocity or similar HRIS/payroll platforms is required
