A company is looking for an HR Rep I, HR Service Center - Onboarding.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high volume transactional support for hiring and onboarding administration in HRIS
- Deliver Workday Tier 1 technology support to candidates and Talent Acquisition partners
- Maintain compliance and data integrity in HRIS through daily audits and collaborative relationships
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma and two years of experience in a customer support role in a high-volume environment
- Good understanding of Human Resources, Benefits, Payroll, and HRIS operations
- Experience with Workday and Kronos preferred
- Demonstrated decision-making and organizational skills
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite
