Job Summary
A company is looking for an HR Service Center Representative (Flex/PRN) to provide customer service support in a remote setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for HR inquiries from internal and external customers
- Maintain data integrity by accurately tracking customer interactions and resolutions
- Assist in the administration and implementation of HR policies and processes
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- One year of experience in customer service or a call center is required
- Prior experience in Human Resources is preferred
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office and the internet is necessary
- Experience with Lawson and EPIC is preferred but not required
