Job Summary
A company is looking for an HR Service Delivery Associate.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage Accommodation Requests: Process and coordinate accommodation requests from employees and candidates through Salesforce Lightning cases
- Provide Exceptional Customer Service: Deliver high-quality service to internal stakeholders by responding to inquiries and resolving issues related to accommodations
- Maintain Compliance and Data Integrity: Ensure accommodation processes comply with legal requirements and maintain accurate records in Salesforce
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in human resources, customer service, or a related field
- Minimum of 6 months experience working in a contact center, customer service, or case management environment
- Proficiency in Google Suite
- Knowledge of Salesforce Lightning, Workday, or similar contact center & HR systems is a plus
