Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for HR-related inquiries via phone and email, ensuring exceptional service
- Provide guidance on HR policies and maintain confidentiality of sensitive team member information
- Support daily HR operations in Workday, including processing new hires and managing I-9 and E-Verify processes
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- 1+ year of call center or phone-based customer service experience required
- Prior HR or shared services experience preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with Workday and Salesforce is a plus
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote environment
