Job Summary
A company is looking for an HR Support Advisor - Temp.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide first-level support for Team Member inquiries related to Payroll, Benefits, Leave of Absence, and HR Operations
- Diagnose and resolve Tier 1 issues, escalating complex cases to Tier 2 teams as needed
- Manage and document tickets in ServiceNow, ensuring accurate information and follow-up with Team Members
Required Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree in human resources or related field preferred
- Previous experience in a customer service or HR support role, preferably in a corporate environment
- Experience with HR systems, particularly Workday, and ticketing systems is a plus
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
- Competence in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
