Key Responsibilities
  • Manage HR inbox and coordinate HR events, ensuring effective documentation
  • Oversee onboarding and offboarding processes, maintaining employee files and data accuracy
  • Assist in HR initiatives related to wellness, talent management, and compensation
Required Qualifications
  • Associate's degree in human resources or related field, or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of 1 year of HR or administrative experience, preferably in a nonprofit setting
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR information systems, especially ADP
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a remote environment
  • Experience managing multiple priorities in a deadline-oriented environment
