Key Responsibilities
- Manage HR inbox and coordinate HR events, ensuring effective documentation
- Oversee onboarding and offboarding processes, maintaining employee files and data accuracy
- Assist in HR initiatives related to wellness, talent management, and compensation
Required Qualifications
- Associate's degree in human resources or related field, or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 1 year of HR or administrative experience, preferably in a nonprofit setting
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR information systems, especially ADP
- Ability to work collaboratively in a remote environment
- Experience managing multiple priorities in a deadline-oriented environment
