A company is looking for a Human Resources Graduate Assistant.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with the hiring processes for affiliate faculty and student employees, including managing communications and maintaining records
- Support the HR team by managing email inquiries, maintaining HR files, and processing tuition waiver applications
- Contribute to HR administrative tasks, including employment verifications, invoice submissions, and office supply orders
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Human Resources, Business, or Communications
- Experience with Microsoft Office products and ability to learn new software quickly
- Ability to work a minimum of 25 hours per week while enrolled in a graduate degree program
- Strong work ethic and punctual attendance
- Commitment to confidentiality and willingness to learn and apply technology
