IAM Technical Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Manager, Identity and Access Management (IAM).

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and manage the IAM team to foster a high-performance culture
• Develop, enforce, and audit IAM policies and procedures for compliance with security regulations
• Oversee administration and support of IAM tools, and implement identity automation projects

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• Minimum of 10 years of experience managing a team in the IAM domain
• Strong hands-on experience with Active Directory and Microsoft Identity Manager
• In-depth knowledge of Okta and experience with Microsoft Entra suite
• Proficiency in PowerShell scripting and experience with Sentinel log analytics
