Key Responsibilities
- Administer and maintain the IBM Rational DOORS requirements database across multiple programs
- Import and organize documents, create and populate attributes, and manage link modules for traceability
- Train and support DOORS users, generate reports, and develop customized DOORS solutions
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in IBM DOORS administration and database management
- Solid understanding of systems engineering and requirements management processes
- Proficient in DXL scripting and generating custom reports
