IBM ODM Developer

Job Summary

A company is looking for an experienced IBM Operational Decision Manager (ODM) Developer to join an international project team.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain business rules using IBM ODM
• Collaborate with business analysts and architects to gather and refine rule requirements
• Develop and deploy Decision Services and integrate them with enterprise systems via APIs

Required Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with IBM ODM 8.x or higher
• Proficiency with Rule Studio, Decision Center, and Decision Server
• Understanding of BRMS principles and best practices
• Strong integration skills using Java, REST/SOAP, JSON, and XML
• Experience in regulated industries (e.g., life sciences, pharmaceuticals) is a strong advantage
