Required Qualifications

• Current independent practice license in Idaho (LCSW, LSWI, LMFT, or LCPC)
• Individual professional malpractice liability insurance policy
• Individual NPI number
• Comfortable with online tools and technology
• Reliable internet connection and video-capable device
