A company is looking for a Licensed Loan Partner.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide origination support to the Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO) and borrowers through administrative tasks
- Assist with pre-qualifications and pre-approval processes, including pulling credit reports and contacting borrowers for additional information
- Update the MLO's database and perform clerical duties as needed
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- High school diploma or equivalent required; 2-4 year college curriculum preferred
- Two or more years of experience in administrative assistance, clerical work, or customer service
- Knowledge of mortgage banking, including Conventional, FHA, and VA products
- Familiarity with RESPA laws and guidelines
- MLO/Originator License approved via NMLS
