Identity and Access Management Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Identity and Access Management (IAM) Engineer.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the integration of identity stores and maintain the Radiant Logic FID environment
• Ensure security controls and enforce secure access through Access Control Instructions (ACIs)
• Provide troubleshooting and on-call support for the Radiant Logic FID environment

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields
• At least 7 years of experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM)
• At least 5 years of experience with IAM technologies such as Okta or Microsoft Azure Active Directory
• Expertise in identity governance, RBAC, SSO, and adaptive authentication
• Familiarity with security standards and regulations (e.g., FISMA, NIST, GDPR)
