Job Summary

A company is looking for an Actuary to join their underwriting and actuarial team.

Key Responsibilities

• Support and lead advanced rating tools, pricing analyses, and portfolio management initiatives
• Collaborate closely with underwriting leadership to innovate within a team environment
• Enhance underwriting efficiency and data capture through hands-on experience with rating tools

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of actuarial experience in Property & Casualty insurance or equivalent advanced degree with 2+ years
• ACAS or FCAS certification required; candidates with 5+ CAS exams actively pursuing ACAS may be considered
• Experience in Commercial Lines pricing, preferably in Excess & Specialty and/or General Liability
• Exposure to Cyber and other emerging lines is a plus
• Strong analytical skills with a background in rate plan development and predictive modeling
