Key Responsibilities

• Assist customers in enrolling in healthcare programs through inbound and outbound calls
• Manage a high volume of customer inquiries and follow-ups
• Provide support in a remote work environment

Required Qualifications

• 1 year of customer service experience
• Call center experience required
• Intermediate understanding of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Outlook
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred for higher pay rate
• Must reside in Illinois
