A company is looking for an Insurance Agent (Customer Service Focused) who will assist customers with inquiries and issues related to products and services.
Key Responsibilities
- Responds to internal and external inquiries within stated service level agreements
- Manages incoming contacts regarding customer questions, complaints, and general inquiries
- Analyzes, researches, and resolves problems and discrepancies for member accounts
Required Qualifications
- 2 years of customer service, call center, or relevant experience
- Must have and maintain a Property & Casualty License, or obtain it within 45 days of hire
