Job Summary

A company is looking for a Medical Review Unit Director for Workers Compensation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Direct and supervise the Medical Review Unit, focusing on Workers Compensation cases
• Develop and evaluate clinical review programs and policies to enhance efficiency and quality
• Ensure compliance with regulations and collaborate with teams to improve medical review outcomes

Required Qualifications:

• Registered Nurse (RN) with an active license in the state of operation
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing; Master's degree preferred
• 5+ years of clinical experience in the medical field, particularly in Workers Compensation
• 2+ years of leadership experience in a clinical setting
• Strong understanding of Workers Compensation laws and regulations
