Job Summary

A company is looking for a Mental Health Therapist - Part-time (W-2) - Telehealth (Illinois).

Key Responsibilities

• Provide short-term, evidence-based treatment via live video while managing a diverse caseload
• Assign digital resources to clients to enhance learning and monitor outcomes between sessions
• Engage in continuous professional development and peer consultation for complex cases

Required Qualifications

• Master's degree from a clinical track (e.g., MSW, MFT, MC, MMHC)
• Unrestricted LCSW, LMFT, LPC, PsyD, PhD, or equivalent license
• Experience with evidence-based treatments and clinical best practices
• Experience providing video therapy and managing clinical crises
• Ability to maintain a part-time clinical caseload of adult and/or adolescent clients
