Implementation Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Implementation Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver implementation and ongoing managed services to clients, managing expectations and timelines
• Educate clients on software capabilities and facilitate onboarding activities, including integrations
• Proactively identify issues and manage stakeholder communications throughout the deployment cycle

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 2-4 years of relevant experience
• Moderate skill set and proficiency in the subject area
• Strong proficiency in working with Microsoft Systems
• Ability to conduct work assignments with some latitude for independent judgment
• Teamwork attitude and flexibility to manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously
