Key Responsibilities
- Support Implementation Consultants and Specialists in onboarding new clients
- Act as a liaison between Sales and New Business Implementation teams for new clients
- Manage multiple onboarding assignments and update internal databases timely
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- 2 years or more of experience in financial operations, customer support, or related fields
- Experience in the financial services industry preferred
- Proficient with Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to work effectively in a remote environment with reliable internet access
