A company is looking for an Implementation Consultant II.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a client-side resource for technical configurations, integrations, testing, and validation tasks during implementation projects
- Manage project tasks to ensure successful payroll transitions and optimize system buildout through workflow configurations
- Deliver custom training and create reports to enhance client adoption and value during implementation or optimization projects
Required Qualifications
- 5-8 years of experience in a high-volume, client-facing implementation role
- Expert knowledge in multiple HRIS modules such as ADP WFN, Paylocity, or similar platforms
- At least 3 years of experience leading projects in an implementation capacity
- High School Diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred in a computer-related field
- Experience with integrations between third-party systems and understanding of PII data governance requirements
