Implementation Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Implementation Engineer to guide clients through the onboarding journey of cybersecurity products.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the implementation process, guiding clients through each stage with clarity
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions and manage project timelines
• Lead onboarding sessions and ensure a smooth transition to the Customer Success team post-implementation

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in technical implementation, onboarding, or project management, preferably in a SaaS or cybersecurity environment
• Strong background in Linux and Windows system administration and IP networking
• Familiarity with cloud environments, particularly Azure or AWS
• Proficient in project management tools such as Jira, Trello, or Asana
• Demonstrated organizational and project management skills
