• 10+ years of experience in implementation, project management, or business analysis
• Proven ability to translate business needs into technology-based solutions
• Experience in providing guidance on implementation and instructional design principles in an eLearning context
• Demonstrated leadership and collaboration skills in a consulting environment
• Strong financial acumen for managing team budgets and resource allocation
