Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in implementation, project management, or business analysis
- Proven ability to translate business needs into technology-based solutions
- Experience in providing guidance on implementation and instructional design principles in an eLearning context
- Demonstrated leadership and collaboration skills in a consulting environment
- Strong financial acumen for managing team budgets and resource allocation
