A company is looking for an Implementation Project Manager II.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead customer kickoff and scoping meetings, developing detailed project plans
- Document and communicate project status to ensure projects remain on track
- Support customers during the adoption phase by troubleshooting issues and optimizing software configuration
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or 3 years of relevant professional experience
- Minimum of 3 years in customer-facing roles
- At least 2 years of project management experience
- Experience with project planning software such as SmartSheet
- Familiarity with accounting/ERP systems and spend/purchase cards
