Implementation Project Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Implementation Project Manager II.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead customer kickoff and scoping meetings, developing detailed project plans
• Document and communicate project status to ensure projects remain on track
• Support customers during the adoption phase by troubleshooting issues and optimizing software configuration

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 3 years of relevant professional experience
• Minimum of 3 years in customer-facing roles
• At least 2 years of project management experience
• Experience with project planning software such as SmartSheet
• Familiarity with accounting/ERP systems and spend/purchase cards
