Implementation Project Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Implementation Project Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead onboarding and implementation calls for new merchants
• Train merchants on the Online Ordering product functionality and create supporting collateral
• Act as a product expert and support the sales team with implementation needs

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 3-5 years in onboarding, implementation, or project/account management
• Experience working cross-functionally and handling customer communications
• Excellent presentation and client-facing skills
