Key Responsibilities
- Lead onboarding and implementation calls for new merchants
- Train merchants on the Online Ordering product functionality and create supporting collateral
- Act as a product expert and support the sales team with implementation needs
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 3-5 years in onboarding, implementation, or project/account management
- Experience working cross-functionally and handling customer communications
- Excellent presentation and client-facing skills
