Job Summary

A company is looking for an Implementation Project Manager to lead the onboarding and implementation journey for new clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate the onboarding process and align with internal teams and clients
• Facilitate kickoff meetings, conduct practice analysis, and monitor project milestones
• Lead post-live sessions and ensure successful client transitions

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience in project management, client onboarding, or implementation roles
• Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Vtiger) is a plus
• Experience in healthcare, health-tech, or SaaS environments is a strong advantage
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
